The way I´ve organized my city all the buildings which need the most attention (food farms, breeding buildings, hatchery, habitats which are full fast) are located on the 1st island. Butterfly & Fossil & Seahorse & Sky Dragon & Aztec & Chinese & 8 different Pure types), which fit in 28 habitats on 3 islands (Ivory Island not needed) with all the boosts and all available buildings. => Income of 981.000 considering habitat max/gold (without Legend earnings) I´m truely confident that they will increase the number of habitats in the near future so that having the 3 missing Pures wont be an issue. => Income of 1.253.000 considering habitat max/gold (without Legend earnings) There are 3 versions I would like to present to you:ġ.) WITHOUT 3 Element Pures (unimportant which) YET. My guide is for player who want to have 1 of each available dragon and to earn the most gold possible. The top row has habitats in columns 2-4, the next row has habitats in rows 1-4, then there is a row of crystals, then a row of columns 1-4 habitats, and a final row of 3 habitats.Dragon City Maximising Gold and Space Use Guide by Katalin Graffi I'll post some pics to show you what I've done, but essentially I have 4 rows. The top right dark island has a funky shape and I'm still working out how best to use it.The island to the right of the initial is too small to be very effective so I use it for my breeding, training, dragonarium, and some of my farms.You then try your best to get dragons that have both those elements on the island and use the habitats with the highest total GPM if you are looking for efficiency (takes slightly longer for heroic races due to higher ceilings, but worth it for less spoilage overall in my opinion) I usually get the best total GPM by using each island for 2 crystals per island.I currently have 4 islands open that I use for habitats - the initital island, the nature one above it, the fire one to the right, and then the earth-like one to the far right middle. I then created a program to place my dragons into the various habitats to try and maximize their bonuses, with preference given to dragons with higher max GPM.
I tried multiple arrangements based around 2, 3, or 4 crystals on each island and recorded what the bonuses were for each crystal on each habitat for that given arrangement. I love looking at the metagame and trying to make everything as efficient as possible.
